Our Yoga Classes

Jo demonstrates and describes all yoga postures. Whilst extending into the postures with correct alignment, the emphasis in holding them is on mindfulness, learning to listen to your own body. She encourages students to always take yoga practice at their own pace. Jo works with students who have health issues and injuries, adapting postures accordingly to suit individual needs.

All ages, abilities and fitness levels welcome from beginners to advanced. Maximum of ten students per class affords the opportunity for greater personal tuition. Students work under the guidance of the teacher.

Learn some yoga moves to improve your swimming! In these online classes over Zoom, Jo will lead you through a series of yoga postures that are especially beneficial to swimmers. With regular practice, the right style of Yoga can improve body posture (and thus body position in the water) and increase the range of motion throughout the body, including shoulders, back, torso, hip flexors, hamstrings and ankles
