Join Jo for Yoga
Jo expertly demonstrates and explains each yoga posture, focusing on correct alignment while emphasizing mindfulness and the importance of tuning into your body. She encourages students to practice at their own pace, fostering a supportive environment for all. Jo works with individuals who have health concerns or injuries, skillfully adapting postures to meet each student's unique needs.
Classes are open to all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. With a maximum of ten students per class, you receive more personalized instruction. Students benefit from working closely under Jo's guidance, ensuring a tailored experience for everyone.
