Yoga online for Swimmers

 

Learn some yoga moves to improve your swimming! In these online mixed classes over Zoom, Jo will lead you through a series of yoga postures that are especially beneficial to swimmers. With regular practice, the right style of Yoga can improve body posture (and thus body position in the water) and increase the range of motion throughout the body, including shoulders, back, torso, hip flexors, hamstrings, and ankles.
